A company that is suposed to be security specialist, has to be able to evaluate and determine what are the exact needs (electronic security and human resouces) to guarantee the service level agreement to control the risk level agreed with the client.
Só assim é que o cliente é capaz de avaliar e justificar o retorno do investimento feito em segurança.

I's then likely that all security service providing contracts will suffer deep changes, where the value added of the applied means (electronics and human) will be properlly recognized by the security companies and so, by the clients.
